Turn Around Times

Please remember we are a small family business and we design, create, and decorate all of our items in house. While we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible we appreciate your understanding that your items take time to make and we want to provide you with the highest quality craftsmanship we can.

Tumblers

Please allow 15-20 days for custom tumblers to be made and shipped. Along with the time it takes to hand decorate each one, we use an FDA approved coating to seal our tumblers that takes time to cure and we want to be sure they are perfect when they arrive to you.

Decals

Decals typically have a 3-5 day turn around depending on the order size.

Apparel

Apparel usually has a 7-10 day turn around depending on order size.

Accessories

Please allow 5-7 days for accessories to be made and shipped.
